About Adriana
- My first job was as a team member at Taco Bell.
- It was intimidating because I had to speak so much English, but Spanish was my native language.
- At first, Taco Bell was just a part-time job—I never dreamed I’d be part of management.
- But then they promoted me to shift lead; suddenly I had the power to believe in myself.
- From there, I was promoted to a restaurant general manager.
- I was named one of the top 100 RGMs in the country; my team at 9414 was the best.
- Now I have the best job at Taco Bell; it lets me travel the world and speak in my native Spanish.
