Milestones
My road in life has taken me all over.
Halted T&F career due to body limitations and injuries gained over several years
Decided to major in kinesiology to become a physical therapist
During her courses she second guessed her career and had difficulties completing her major
Finished and pushed through regardless, received her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology
Contemplated with herself soon afterwards; did she really want to continue to become a physical therapist even though she knew it didn't make her happy?
Career Change!; She decided to change her major to sports administration. She received her Master’s in Sports Administration (2021)
Got hired and gained valuable experience at her first corporate job at the Golden State Warriors / Chase Center
Has been accepted to work at her dream job in sports operations at NIKE US Sports Camps HQ

Advice for Getting Started
Here's the first step for everyone
When you find what you want to do that’s in your heart, don't let it go. I myself was struggling to find a full time position in my field. Post-grad, I struggled dealing with rejection after rejection and thought I had to settle with whatever opportunity became available. Never lower your expectations and don't settle for less because of what someone else says or because of the negative thoughts of yourself. Know your worth, know that you are qualified, be confident in yourself.

"I felt pressured and unsure going to school for my bachelor's in kinesiology because I had difficulty and did not enjoy the courses, though that was the route at the time for me to become a physical therapist which was my goal."
