Life & Career Milestones

My path in life took a while to figure out

  • 1.

    When I was younger, I thought it'd be a straightforward path...however, it wasn't.

  • 2.

    I had struggles with public speaking and got nervous when speaking in front of crowds, big or small.

  • 3.

    An advisor encouraged and pushed me to continue because education is the only thing that is mine—meaning no one can take it away.

  • 4.

    I took the advice and began to become resilient and persevere through all the struggles and obstacles that I faced.

  • 5.

    I graduated from Cal State University of Fullerton with my bachelor's degree in political science.

  • 6.

    Became a college advisor for juniors and seniors to support and help them figure out what they want to achieve after graduation.

  • 7.

    I am currently working on a master's degree in political science.
