Keeping the production line running correctly 10 to 14 hours a day. It is always loud and busy and sometimes hectic due to normal complications that happen that need to be addressed and fixed on a timely matter to keep the lines running smoothly.
Advice for Getting Started
Here's the first step for high school students
If you find a career that you are interested in or have a feel for, you need to make a plan and get the education situated for that career where you will graduate and have the knowledge of what you are interested to help you get your foot in the door. Normally the job that you get to get your foot in the door will be smaller level from your career, but having the experience is a good idea to have for your field.
