Day to Day

I speak to my teams and clients to understand what is going on, both specific to a project that we are completing and to understand more about the businesses that we work with. I review the work of others in my teams and help provided feedback and coaching. I am looked to as an expert on highly technical accounting issues and am valued for what I see and my business knowledge gained from working with a range of companies and industries.

Advice for Getting Started

Here's the first step for college students

Don't worry that a decision you make at college / university will be permanent and forever. Think about the things you enjoy at the moment, talk to people that are working in that career at the moment, work out if it is a fit and go for it. When at interview, be yourself, they will not want a robot.
