THE NOISE
Messages from Myself:
I will never make partner because I am a woman.
How I responded:
Practice positive self talk. Ask a female partner to be a mentor. Never give up.
Experiences and challenges that shaped me
Sometimes I feel like I'm talked over in meetings and I have to make sure I speak up, project my voice and make sure that my points are communicated and heard.
