Most of my work is interacting with our people and our clients. Internally, it’s making sure we identify the right people to lead the practice and put people in the right spot so they can be successful in roles that they're in. That includes new opportunities but also checking in to make sure we're doing the work, doing day-to-day check-ins on some of our key accounts. I also handle the operations of our business: managing the financial statements, revenue, costs and strategy.
