How I responded:
Every day is different and every client we work with is different. Performing the job helps you realize this. We use cutting edge technology, we get to speak to everyone in the business, from the cleaner to the owner, and we are able to challenge the norm with our ideas and flexible working.
Experiences and challenges that shaped me
Many of the people in
I went to a free/standard school. I was shocked at how many people went to private (fee paying) schools when I joined EY. These individuals have had the best education money can buy....yet we've all ended up at the same place of employment.
