The main part of my role as a Business Career Advisor is to assess student interests, knowledge, and skills to provide them with career recommendations, as well as having conversations about realistic expectations in the job market. In addition to one on one appointments with students, I also direct workshops and classroom presentations in regards to: improving resumes, job and internship strategies, important industry skills, salary negotiation, interview tips, and interpersonal skills.
