Day to Day

My morning starts with checking emails and the Monthly Processing Calendars for any reports that need to be completed. Then, depending on the day, I would either be preparing timesheet adjustments, Retroactive Merit Increases, Separations, Cash Reconciliations, and / or Payroll Reports. For the Thursdays and Fridays where timesheets are due on the Thursday's morning, I would be auditing timesheets to ensure the Job Number and Pay Code used for all Auditor-Controller's employees are correct.
