I spend a lot of my time trying to "read the stitches on the pitches". This involves analyzing current conditions and finding the best ways to improve the future of our business and taking action to make that future happen. We also spend a lot of time collaborating on setting and updating our goals, solving problems and painting a picture of our organization's "decided future". All of this requires clearly communicating inside and outside the organization constantly.
