How I responded to discouragement
THE NOISE
Messages from Society in general:
You workout too much and watch what you eat too much!
How I responded:
I changed my mindset and it changed my life. No one is too old or too big or too small for a little daily activity and eating to live and not living to eat. When people lack the education, they just don’t understand. That’s okay,! Do not give up! Set the example, you will inspire people slowly. Understand that people will be uncomfortable with your dedication, but they don’t know that you are doing this for them. You are doing this to help the world become healthier one family at a time.
