Day to Day

My typical day includes meetings and discussions about resources, processes and ways to achieve our project milestones and goals. Each day looks different, whether it's researching an issue in our system that is causing problems for our customers, or determining how best to support a program, it's always exciting to solve the the tough problems we face. Most days involve coaching and directing staff on how best to support our customers.

Advice for Getting Started

Here's the first step for everyone

Work to build a successful but busy individual development plan. Find someone to discuss the career choice with, shadow them and then have them help you more, by developing a mentoring relationship. Always learn about roles and responsibilities within the company; you want to keep moving and growing. Networking within the organization is a fabulous way to learn and grow.
