So many e-mails! Teaching is just a portion of our work-load! Managing contracts, employees and partnerships takes up the majority of our work.

Skills & Qualities Beyond School

Through this experience, I've learned more about interacting with people and being a leader than I could have ever expected. This is still a learning process. Everyone learns differently, and it's not safe for me to assume as their leader, they learn the same way I learn. This has taken practice and the skill to listen to other's needs.
