Sure, I faced my own insecurities and anxieties, as I knew nothing more about insurance than what most consumers do. I had never been involved in my family's business. I was educated to be a school teacher.
How I responded:
At times, my insecurities pop back in my head, but when that happens I have to remember that with the proper training and education, I can be successful at anything I put my mind to. I have a lot of encouragement and support coming from home and friends that love the idea that I am continuing what my family has done for 50 plus years. Working alongside my father is a priceless experience I could have never imagined having.
