Day to Day

This morning I assisted our staff development specialist with strategies and insights into coaching a peer later in the day. I also shared my knowledge related to interprofessional student placements for our system and assisted with our organization's job shadow process. I was excited to share a presentation of research findings to nursing directors and chief nursing officers for our regional system.
