Milestones

My road in life has been direct.
I studied in Rome at the end of my doctoral program & had time for reflection related to my future.
I met my doctoral mentor and switched from a practitioner focus to a research focus.
My drive to get back to college teaching brought me to Walden.
I joined the Center for Research Quality and realized I love supporting institutional improvement.

Day to Day

I work remotely but I collaborate with colleagues who work in Minneapolis and Baltimore offices and who work remotely as well. My day includes meetings related to strategy and operational initiatives in support of doctoral student research and progress and supporting faculty research and scholarship. I have meetings with the staff members I supervise and I collaborate closely with staff from colleges to ensure effective initiatives.
