Day to Day

A great day at work would consist of a packed schedule due to the work I had put in the day before. Meaning that my calendar should be filled with meetings because of the 100+ calls made, this should mean about two morning meetings with qualified candidates and three in the afternoon. Lunch should always be with a decision maker from another company that you are hoping to do business with. Position yourself and company as a need! Not just a professional service.

Skills & Qualities Beyond School

Work ethic, mental fortitude and an ability to follow a process while multitasking.

Advice for Getting Started

Here's the first step for college students

Make sure organization is a habit, build before your first job. Always remember that a work ethic is something no professor can teach and just because you may not be great at what they teach you in school, it does not mean you won't crush it in business.

The Noise I Shed

From Myself:

"You will never be a suit and tie kind of guy." "Focus on being a police officer or work in a union."

Be your own person and use the negativity to work harder.

Challenges I Overcame

Learning Issues
Learning Issues

ADHD and dyslexic with numbers- Get up, have some coffee and work out. Get your body right first. Then make sure to read as much as possible and keep grammar and spelling tight, use a calculator when you can.. You do not need ADD Medicine.
