I didn't get into my dream college, it was hard for me to figure out my next step.
My first semester of college was really rough for me. I had to do a full 180 my second semester.
I interned in PR, and thought I wanted to do PR. Turns out, it wasn't for me.

Day to Day

A great day at work is running to a restaurant to see how training is working on their end, meeting with our cross-functional partners to plan new Innovative food creations, and working on New Hire Training to ensure it's the best it can be for our team members!

Advice for Getting Started

Here's the first step for college students

I learned so much doing my Undergraduate degree. It really helped me with my people skills, it also helped me with time management as I was balancing internships, work and school. Mostly, I learned how to learn and how work is really just learning everyday to become better and improve. I think college is an important step to starting your journey if you're interested in working in Training.
