Day to Day

My work involves reviewing documents, conversing with people to gain information and also to share my experience and expertise, searching for information to support the work of others, providing recommendations for programmatic improvement, and recommending structures for faculty development, faculty models, and faculty governance within higher education. I collect information and data, analyze it, synthesize it, and formulate it into a product that can be useful for quality education.

Here's the first step for college students

An important first step is to gain some life experience after an undergraduate college experience before pursuing a graduate degree. The life and work experience will greatly enhance what can be gained from graduate studies.
