Since I am on disability now, and continue to face numerous personal challenges, I have learned through therapy and thru the love of family and very close friends, to not be afraid to talk to people. And no matter what life throws at you, and THERE WILL be stuff, you learn that they are a growing experience for yourself and you learn to help others through a similar situation. And ALWAYS be a kind and caring and empathetic person, and that is due to my parents, faith in the Lord .
Advice for Getting Started
Here's the first step for high school students
Be cognizant of your own health, stop bullying in its tracks, and don't be afraid to be and stay true to yourself. And help others less fortunate
