Day to Day

A typical day in my job involves strategizing how Capital One can provide resources to local non-profits by looking at the needs of the non-profit and seeing where Capital One can contribute resources. It's managing multiple volunteer activities and working internally with our associates to see where they can help within their local community.

Skills & Qualities Beyond School

Relationship management skills, multi-tasking. Excellent communication skills are needed and some non-profit or volunteerism experience, whether that's within your local church, youth organization, PTA, or sports organization.
