Day to Day

Attending a ribbon cutting for a recently completed development; meeting with tenants who directly benefit from the project; locking up the next deal in a difficult market; meeting with developers and funders to discuss and solve issues on a particularly difficult project; celebrate a closing with a dinner or attend an event that honors the visionaries in our field.

Read and learn about affordable housing, how it is financed and demand across the country. Attend industry events to learn more about challenges and opportunities in the industry.
