I assist the Community Mortgage team which provides mortgages for low-mod income families.
They would see me actively engaged with my co-workers, borrowers, and partners. They'd see me assisting each of these groups in a quick and efficient way to ensure that they each have the information/tools to make their jobs easier.
Communication. You need to know your "audience" and be able to communicate effectively with all different types of people and personalities. Problem Solving. Something I find myself doing a lot is trouble shooting issues that come up and trying to find new/different ways to address and solve them.

Strive to learn as much as you can about your industry and company even if it doesn't directly relate to the exact job you are doing. Knowledge is power and the more you know makes you a more valuable asset to your team.
