Day to Day
You would see the normal everyday business environment. Typically, we arrive at the office and have about an hour to get coffee / tea. Get caught up on emails and get an idea what's going on for the day. Then we have our morning meeting, which goes over what we've done, what we're going to do, and if there is anything hindering us or obstacles. Then we go out about our day coding and attending meetings when necessary.
Advice for Getting Started
Here's the first step for high school students
To start figuring out what you like and what you're interested in. If you like design and making web-sites or if you like working with data. Then to be more involved in those communities, Technology is the fastest changing markets.
