A great day at work starts with reviewing my agenda and tasks for the day and prioritizing these to get to the right outcomes at the end of that day. I am on top of each project I am working on, interact with colleagues and partners to get updates, resolve issues blocking progress, create and drive new scenarios that will address the needs of our customers.

Advice for Getting Started

Here's the first step for middle school students

Get curious about how you can use the magic of software to address simple everyday issues around you. How can you automate repetitive tasks to free up more time for you & others? Can you apply data to practices and processes to improve efficiency? And so on. Start by simply being curious and then search online for free programming courses for beginners and go from there. The key here is that if you start with your - emphasis on YOUR - curiosity, it will lead you to the oasis of knowledge for YOU.
