You would see me greeting our customers with a smile, helping each customer with their banking - deposits, withdrawals, payments - and making sure we are meeting every need for a great customer experience.
First of all, you need a wonderful personality - a people person. You also need to have knowledge of the products we provide to ensure you offer the customer the right solution for their needs. You also need to have the ability to listen to your customer, that is how you find out how best to serve them. Last, compassion is helpful because you will hear a lot of stories and issues from your customer.
