My road in life took a while to figure out.
I loved to read, study math and science, and play the oboe.
I ended up going to boarding school where I had to learn a new of way succeeding in an elite school.
I worked in restaurants while attending college and grew to love serving others.
I ran my family's business and learned what it meant to be a small business owner. 24/7/365 work.
While working in marketing, I realized the key to a company's success is their people.
I went to Texas A&M where I had the opportunity to intern at AT&T. And the rest is history!

Helping People

Day to Day

A day in the life of an ERM is exciting and always changing. We would walk into the office and be greeted by happy, welcoming faces. As an ERM, much of our work is done through e-mails and reporting systems, so I would start out by looking in my inbox and disseminating out cases to other ERMs and myself. ERMs act as investigators to make sure we understand the issue thoroughly and provide the best guidance to our clients. All the while having fun with our fellow peers!
