Day to Day

A great day at work is where I / we achieve our goals. We accomplish what we set out to do. A good day is when I interact with team members that need my support and I'm able to help them. A good day is a day I go home satisfied that I did the best I could possibly do.

Advice for Getting Started

Here's the first step for college students

Take programming / engineering classes; take as many technology classes as possible. Database design, system architecture, but also take business classes. One non-technical class that stands out from my college years was Organization Development.
