I would be answering the phone calls from mechanics and technical communicators from over 100 dealerships all over the USA, Mexico and Canada.

Skills & Qualities Beyond School

I spent over twenty years in the field as a mechanic then I taught mechanics for about eight years. This back ground allowed me to move to the factory level where I could share my knowledge with many more mechanics and technical people.
