Day to Day

Log into your computer at your work station. Check your emails and ensure all your systems are logged in and fully functional. Join the call cue ( this is when we sit and wait for the next call to come in) and assist customers with their credit card needs. The main responsibility will be to make sure every customer receives the best customer care possible and try to make sure the customer remembers that call.
