Milestones

My road in life has taken me all over.
First, I have been playing instruments since I was three.
Then my mom started taking me to church to participate in the choir and I learned proper singing.
I continued to hone my craft and develop my skill. I started playing drums.
Then I moved on to piano, keyboard and organ.
Then when I graduated high school, I was fortunate to join a tour traveling around the world.
Then I joined two additional tours, increased my skill, learned about live show performances.
Decided to form my own music group and opened my own commercial recording studio.

Day to Day

If a student were to shadow me, they would get a great background in what life is like inside of a music production studio. I would teach them the recording process and introduce them to mixing and mastering.

Skills & Qualities Beyond School

A passion and love for music production and songwriting. You need to have a good quality "ear." You must be able to hear what does and does not sound good. You need to be creative. Be able to incorporate certain elements into the song that are not already there.

Advice for Getting Started

Here's the first step for high school students
