Day to Day
In the absence of the Branch Manager, I conduct daily huddles to discuss previous day's performance and set the daily expectation. In addition to reviewing previous day's work / reports, I complete my pending tasks. My duties are to support the teller team on daily tasks, such as verifying shipment on shipment days and conducting surprise cash audits on their drawers. I also verify platform's work on a daily basis, build and service client relationships and handle client complaints if they arise. I LOVE what I do!!
Advice for Getting Started
Here's the first step for college students
If banking is what you really want to do, do not be afraid to start at the bottom. If you are determined, from the bottom you can only move up.
