My road in life has been direct.
My first "real" job was as a bank teller while I was in High School through the work study program.
I stayed with the bank for about five years as I completed college.
When I graduated college I changed companies to a larger bank. After three years I became Manager.
My experience, from bank teller to branch manager, allowed me to work for CapOne as true leader.

Day to Day
On a daily basis when we arrive at the branch we start the day with a high energy team huddle. Our huddles allow us to recognize success achieved from helping our customers the previous day. Our huddle allows us to stay in tune with any policy changes. Through our day we meet with clients and help them with their banking needs. Sometimes a customer has a financial problem or concern and we help them find a solution. On a daily basis we help our customers establish banking relationships.
