Why do you want to work in a bank? There is no earning potential in that line of work.
How I responded:
You have to love what you do on a daily basis and ignore negative people. Negative people love to bring other people down. Surround yourself with people who are positive.

Being a first generation immigrant can be difficult because your relatives at times can not provide the advice that you are in need of. Seek out other invidudals who can offer guidance.
