Day to Day

I service and sell to clients via escalations or complex sales referred by the relationship bankers. I oversee sales, service, credit controls, financial and compliance standards, and operational performance of the branch . I manage day-to-day sales efforts in the branch, including frequent, active GROWTH coaching of relationship bankers. I directly manage platform staff, including career development, performance management and recognition.

Here's the first step for college students

Take work seriously, choose classes wisely. Think about what inspires you to want to work. Learn about your options, don't jump into a major too quickly. Build relationships with professors, deans, and other students.
