When the team comes in, the first thing is to get settled with our computers so we make sure we all sign on, the teller line brings their cash out and the platform go over their e-mails. In about 15 minutes before opening the doors, we all come together and share how our day went the day before and what new behaviors we are going to be focusing on for today. We all participate and give our opinions as everyone's voice and thoughts are needed to be successful in this business.
