Day to Day

I get the opportunity to lead a team of 8 associates. We start our today with what we like to call a "huddle". During the huddle we share our success from the previous daily activity and set the stage for the current day. I meet and greet local business owners and customers. I observe my tellers and bank's interaction with customers. I may participate in a few conferences. Support the lead teller with counting currency packing shipments.

Skills & Qualities Beyond School

Interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and conflict resolution.
