A great day starts with a cup of coffee! After that I have a quick meeting with my staff to set the tone and message for the day so everyone is on the same page. Then the doors open and the fun begins. In the middle of the day I check in with the staff and see how their day is going against what we set to achieve in the morning. We continue to have fun and educate our customers until we close and at the end of the day we come together to see what we achieved and how many people we got to help!
Advice for Getting Started
Here's the first step for college students
Get experience working with people, so you get used to overcoming objections and any possible uncomfortable customer interactions. There aren't many of these situations on a monthly basis so the quicker you learn how to manage them and not let them manage you - the better.
