I come in at 7:30, greet my coworkers and start working on file-flow conversions to convert shows for US and international broadcast. Then I go to my edit suite and watch National Geographic shows all day, filling out edit reports on what needs to be fixed. Sometimes I help screen shows in the final stage after edit, before they go to broadcast.

Start making videos as often as you can. You will get better & better over time.
