My path in life took a while to figure out

First I decided that I wanted to pursue architecture.

So I took some community college architecture classes.

Later I enrolled in USC School of Architecture.

After graduation I started working in the industry.

Then I bounced around a couple of companies.

Then I focused in on becoming more professional.

There are many paths in architecture once you have your degree. Not everyone becomes a designer. Many designers never become licensed architects.

I overcame it by going to a multi-day leadership training seminar. I had the support and encouragement of mentors and spouse. I listened to Manager-Tools podcast.
