Day to Day

I'm at the shop at 6:30am working on my sculpture or any hammer orders I have. Then I do any shop maintenance necessary. I teach beginning blacksmithing from 6-9pm Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am also my professor's assistant and work for him in his shop Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

Advice for Getting Started

Here's the first step for high school students

Work for as many metalworkers as possible.
