Advice for Getting Started

Here's the first step for college students

Finish college and obtain a degree in HR, Benefits, etc. Begin Networking with Agencies and Social Media to obtain internships while in college. Volunteer your time while in school to obtain insight if you would like the actual work. While in the environment this will assist the person to gain a perspective of the actual work.

Recommended Education

My career is not related to what I studied. I'd recommend this path instead:

undergrad
Bachelor
graduate
