Day to Day

The thing I like most about my job is there are no typical days. A lot of it consists of meeting with different departments about projects and events coming up. I answer a lot of emails each day to work with our communities to get them involved in the organization. I manage the calendar and process for the outreach department. It changes daily as new projects come in, but it's never boring.

Advice for Getting Started

Here's the first step for high school students

Talk to people in the industry and find internship opportunities. The internships I had helped me narrow down my focus in music, but also allowed me to see what was possible.
