Life & Career Milestones
My path in life has been direct
1.

2.
A QuestBridge scholarship to Pomona College gave me the chance to pursue an education without adding to my single mom's financial burden.
3.
I initially dreamed of becoming a lawyer so I could fight for my family's future, but I decided to change course and find work that better matched my passion for creating systemic change.
4.
I gave myself permission to explore before rushing to the next step, and every experience brought me closer to the work I was meant to do.
5.
I returned to school for a master's at Princeton, which gave me the tools to turn my lived experience into meaningful public policy and philanthropy.
6.
I found my place in philanthropy, where I can move resources, build relationships, and help shape solutions that expand opportunity for others.
