My path in life has been direct

I’ve always known that I wanted to work in education.
2.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology, followed by a master’s degree in school psychology.
3.
I started my career as a high school guidance counselor.
4.
Landing my first job in education policy opened my eyes to the systemic changes needed in urban schools.
5.
I've since built my career working on innovative programs in order to foster student success and increase economic mobility.
6.
Now, I’m currently focused on design and innovation at Education Design Lab, a national nonprofit that designs and builds solutions centered around the future of work and learning.
