My path in life has been direct

When he was in college, he had the option to do a "study-abroad" program following a political candidate on their campaign.
2.
Was geared up to drop out of school and follow this Congressman to Washington D.C., but his candidate lost.
3.
With all of that momentum behind him, he moved to D.C. anyways, got a job working in the House of Representatives.
4.
Had a great time working in politics, but made an abrupt left turn, went back to L.A. to work as a talent agent.
5.
One of his professional surfer friends had been bringing water filtration systems to the impoverished countries he visited.
6.
Christian went along with him on a trip to bring water and supplies to Haiti after the earthquake.
7.
Says it wasn't like a "calling," those days in Haiti were rough and exhausting, but he knew he wanted to keep helping people.
8.
