I help Tesla work with our community for a positive impact on the long-term makeup of our workforce.
My work revolves around partnering with educational institutions to have a meaningful effect on our workforce. I support our internship program, through which we partner with universities to bring talent here for internships. I spend time getting to know what those students are doing every day to make an impact and how I can share their stories. I also work with our high school graduate apprenticeship program, which lets students start working with Tesla while still pursuing their education.
Being self-motivated is key. You need to always be asking questions and putting in the effort to learn in order to succeed.
