Milestones

My road in life has taken me all over.
In college, I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted to do but I knew I wanted to help people.
I changed my major multiple times as I explored different different ways that I could help people.
After graduating, I continued to explore different career pathways, including bank management, human resources, and higher education.
When I got the opportunity to work in education, everything clicked for me and I realized that this was the best fit for me and my desire to help others.
I spent about eight years working as a JAG (Jobs for America’s Graduates) Specialist for the Telamon Corporation, where I helped students with college and career readiness.
I then got the opportunity to join Indianapolis Public Schools as a work-based learning coordinator, where I help students figure out their best post-secondary pathway.
