Day In The Life Of A Director Of Project Management Education

My Day to Day

I split my days leading two nonprofits, making sure our funding truly drives our mission. I spend much of my time meeting with nonprofits, listening to their needs, and figuring out how project management can help. With the Educational Foundation, I focus on impact and reach, scanning for where we can make a difference. I also report to two Boards, tracking metrics and building dashboards to show our impact.
